This December, I'll be participating in a reading workshop of SUBMISSION. This original new work, written and directed by Justin McDevitt, is being presented by Theatre For The New City as part of their SCRATCH NIGHT series, which offers the opportunity for artists to present work in progress to an audience for one night only.
Synopsis of SUBMISSION:
As a hurricane descends upon New York City, devoted Stephen discovers that his boyfriend has been experimenting in the subculture of S&M under the pretense of research. At the insistence of his sharp-tongued friend, Jack, Stephen confronts his boyfriend's infidelities and, ultimately, the man who has come between them.
I'll be playing the role of WILL, a conflicted man searching out his identity within subculture of S&M.
